What Is the STRONGER Challenge?

The STRONGER Challenge is a simple, powerful four-month commitment to grow stronger in every area of life—physically, mentally, and spiritually. This is not about perfection—it’s about progress. Together, we’ll grow as men of discipline, strength, and faith.

Your Commitment

1. MOVE – Strengthen Your Body

Commit to 3+ days of movement per week.

  • Rebuild: Walking, stretching, or light movement
  • Elevate: Moderate fitness routine
  • Dominate: Intense, consistent training

2. MASTER – Sharpen Your Mind

Choose one personal discipline to focus on.

  • Daily tech-free hour
  • No sugar after 7 PM
  • Journal three times per week
  • Read a Christian leadership/growth book

3. MATURE – Strengthen Your Spirit

Commit to two spiritual habits each week.

  • Short daily devotional
  • Weekly prayer or check-in with a brother
  • (Optional) Memorize one verse/month

  • June: Launch Commitment
  • July: Midpoint Encouragement
  • August: Brotherhood Activity
  • October 2–4: Final Celebration at the Kings’ Advance
